Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet members promptly and professionally, create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar

• Take accurate drink orders, including specialty coffee drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Prepare and serve a full range of coffee orders (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, iced coffee, etc.) using proper techniques and equipment

• Mix and serve classic and signature cocktails to recipe standards, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and garnish

• Maintain bar cleanliness, including wiping surfaces, washing glassware, and keeping the workspace organized

• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, coffee supplies, and other inventory as needed

• Check and manage stock levels; report low items to management

• Assist with opening/closing procedures (setup, breakdown, cash reconciliation, cleaning)

• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

• Assist serving food and beverages, and promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cocktail bar or any hospitality venue.

• Proven experience in a similar hospitality industry role or in the drinks industry.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service principles.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a an exclusive bar experience.
