Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Develop creative beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that excite our guests
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in hospitality environments
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests
• Knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and brewing processes
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Food safety certification or knowledge of proper food handling procedures is preferred
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings along with basic math skills for retail math and cash handling
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support overall restaurant operations

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
