What You’ll Be Doing:

As a bartender at Mersea Restaurant, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing bar inventory and ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• A team-oriented attitude and a passion for hospitality.
