Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety management practices.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing, payments, and receipts.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while adhering to food safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a restaurant or bar environment preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety practices, and food safety management is required.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Certification or training in responsible alcohol service is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected.
