Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits quickly and accurately.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a fun, energetic atmosphere.
• Engage with guests and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Recommend premium spirits, specialty cocktails, and featured promotions.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and POS transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Verify guest identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with Missouri liquor laws.
• Collaborate with barbacks, servers, security, and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and bar setup as needed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and premium spirits.
• Outgoing personality with exceptional communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-minded with the ability to recommend premium beverages and enhance the guest experience.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable with strong teamwork and work ethic.
• Weekend and late-night availability required.
• Must meet Missouri's legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
