Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at casual dining restaurant and Tiki Bar in Citrus County, Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our members' experiences by delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable to suggest, prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and most holidays excluding Christmas Day and New Years' Day.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Engage with members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Citrus County
