Bartender

It’s a kind of magic we’re looking for. Do you possess it?

We’re talking sixth sense in your ability to mind read and matchmake indecisive customers with the perfect refreshment.

As our hero Bartender you have unlimited creative power, but in a disarmingly down-to-earth way.

Sure, you know the difference between a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned, but the thing that sets you apart is you get people – not just their drinks. Your craft goes deeper. You’re inquisitive about what makes people tick. You ask the right questions, instinctively knowing when to dial it up or down to match the vibe.

At Quincy Hotel Melbourne, you’ll feel right at home, where connection is king and everybody knows your name.

Like us, your reputation precedes you.

You’re on game and ahead of trends, sorting the buzz from the big-league. You never stop learning and take people on a journey of discovery, whether serving up your own concoctions bursting with feel-good flavour, kick-ass classics or zero proof lip-smackers.

You move fast and value being part of a vibrant, high-performing team. So do we.

If you wake up with a positive mindset and want to make a genuine difference, we’re the place for you. We want you to help run the show and promise to give more back.

So jump on in and find more!
