Pay: $5.00 per hour + tips

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable individual to join our Front of House team as a Bartender. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Bar Setup & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Guest Engagement: Provide friendly and attentive service to bar patrons, including making recommendations and handling special requests.
• Order Management: Input drink orders accurately and coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
• ID Verification: Check guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous bartending experience required in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills: Strong mixology knowledge and customer service skills.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items such as kegs and cases.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and collaboration with FOH and BOH team members.
• Certification: Current Texas Food Handlers Certificate and TABC certification.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
• Variable: Other duties as assigned

Compensation
