Job summary

We are looking for a Bartender who can serve drinks to customers in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and organized bar, ensuring responsible alcohol service, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills to create an exceptional guest experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel recipes and customer preferences.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders and ensure a positive and engaging bar experience.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Accurately process cash and card payments using the POS system, and issue receipts.
• Observe guests to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and comply with legal and hotel regulations.
• Track stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; notify management of shortages or restocking needs.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and hotel management to ensure smooth service.
• Recommend drinks, upsell premium options, and promote daily or seasonal specials to boost sale

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume bar setting.
• Strong understanding of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and provide a positive experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items like kegs or crates, and work in a fast-paced environment.
