Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both nightclub and fine dining settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Stay informed about new products, trends in the beverage industry, and menu changes.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, particularly in nightclub or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
• Must possess a valid food handling certification or be willing to obtain one.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
