Bartender

Job Title: Bartender Department: Food & Beverage / Bar Operations Reports To: Bar Manager / F&B Manager Job Purpose: Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while providing excellent guest service and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Beverage Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Guest Experience: Provide prompt, professional service and offer drink suggestions to enhance revenue.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area and equipment.
• Compliance: Enforce legal drinking age requirements and follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) practices.
• Inventory: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and minimize wastage.
• Transactions: Accurately handle cash/card payments and follow POS procedures.
• Problem Solving: Resolve guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with service staff to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Education: Diploma/Certificate in Bartending or Hotel Management (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in bar operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of spirits, cocktails, wines, and bar tools.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and familiarity with licensing regulations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
