Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve beverages, provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Bartender should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Verify customer age and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and seating areas.

• Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice, and supplies as needed.

• Process customer orders and handle cash/card transactions accurately.

• Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance customer experience.

• Monitor customer behavior and address issues responsibly and professionally.

• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience as a bartender or in food & beverage service is an advantage.

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink recipes, and bar equipment.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
