Position: Bar Attendant / Bartender
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Salary: ₹18,500 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary

Park Inn by Radisson, Jalandhar is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bar Attendant / Bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have good beverage preparation skills, excellent guest-service abilities, and a strong understanding of bar operations and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per standard recipes.
• Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of bar equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and support regular inventory checks.
• Follow hotel standards, SOPs, hygiene requirements, and applicable licensing regulations.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain proper presentation and service standards at all times.
• Support opening and closing procedures of the bar.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender / Bar Attendant in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
