Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Bartender to join our flagship restaurant,elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor,the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City.

As a Bartender,you will act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your passion,personality,and precision will create memorable moments for every guest,delivering outstanding cocktails and service in a fast-paced,luxury environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails,wines,spirits,and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations
• Maintaining cleanliness,organisation,and stock control of the bar
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service
• Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations
• Handling payments and cashing up responsibly
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experience

As a Bartender,We Would Love You To Have:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced,quality cocktail or restaurant bar
• Strong product knowledge of spirits,cocktails,and bar techniques
• Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong English communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards
• Drive and ambition to grow within the team
• Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in the UK
