Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an exceptional bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification to promote safety
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage service during events or banquets
• Assist in bar management duties including scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining compliance with health regulations

Skills

• Extensive cocktail experience with knowledge of beverage recipe development and presentation techniques
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience working in fine dining settings or high-volume venues such as banquet halls or catering events
• Knowledge of wine varieties, brewing processes, craft beer options, and food safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued
