BARTENDER

We are seeking skilled and charismatic Bartenders / Mixologists to join our opening team and

deliver an exceptional bar experience in a vibrant, luxury festive environment.

The ideal candidates have strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, thrive

under pressure, and combine precision, creativity, and guest engagement skills. A refined

presentation, confident upselling abilities, and a passion for premium products and service

excellence are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to the highest standards

- Deliver engaging and refined guest interaction at the bar

- Drive premium upselling (champagne, signature cocktails, bottle service)

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place

- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served

- Support stock control and daily bar operations

Profile

- +3 years in upscale, luxury, or festive venues

- Strong cocktail knowledge and mixology skills

- Knowledge of premium spirits and champagne service

- Professional grooming and presentation

- Fluent English

- Motivated to develop and grow professionally
