Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience from their first sip to last call.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Operate POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Develop creative beverage recipes and recommend drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions, perform basic math calculations for billing, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to support bar management tasks including scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours seamlessly.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Must have Food Handlers Certificate or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $12.96 - $14.00 per hour
