Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS while processing cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop and suggest new beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to diverse customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote guest safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events such as banquets or nightclubs.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales transactions and inventory management.

Pay: $23.46 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
