The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional dining experience, including taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for banquets and catering events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or restaurant roles.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service.
• Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and sales tracking.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with retail math concepts as they pertain to inventory management and sales reporting.
• Previous experience in nightclub settings or banquet service is a plus.
