Duties

• Greet guests warmly and take their drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while providing attentive service to all guests
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance in accordance with food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems smoothly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or serving within a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods
• Familiarity with hospitality industry best practices and customer service excellence
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
