Key Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and innovative beverages quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
• Operate juicers, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment safely
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control standards
• Engage warmly with guests, take orders, and offer drink suggestions tailored to their preferences
• Handle payments, issue bills, and ensure smooth transactions
• Restock bar inventory and assist with special events as needed
• Maintain grooming and appearance standards consistently
• Address customer service issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous bartending experience preferred; alcohol training/certification a plus
• Excellent oral communication and positive interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of mixology, alcohol safety regulations, and customer service best practices
• Ability to lift, resolve conflicts, and work well in a team
