The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, create memorable experiences for our guests, and efficiently manage food and beverage orders. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to standard recipes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality.
• Manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and possible allergens.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.
• Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid bartending license or relevant certification (if required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
