Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and ensuring all beverages are stored properly according to food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments and giving accurate change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with Toast POS for processing transactions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising quality.
• Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations like change-making and inventory counts.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.

Pay: $4.00 - $7.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
