Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Manage POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end
• Assist in bar inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings such as nightclubs or banquet events
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele in a lively environment
• Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols
• Ability to manage multiple tasks through effective time management and organizational skills
• Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
