Bartender

About the role

Plant Bistro is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, classics, and creative concoctions
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies, washing glassware, and ensuring tools and equipment are in excellent condition
• Creating visually appealing presentations of drinks that reflect Plant Bistro's standards and brand identity
• Monitoring stock levels and communicating with management regarding inventory needs to minimise wastage
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and assisting with other hospitality duties as required
• Keeping up-to-date with beverage trends, new techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your craft

What we're looking for

• Min. 1year experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, garnishing and current serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
