What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, energy, and attentiveness
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Create memorable experiences by learning guests’ preferences and building relationships with regulars
• Stay calm, organized, and upbeat during high-volume game days, entertainment, and special events
• Work closely with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to keep service flowing
• Process orders and payments accurately through the point-of-sale system
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, polished, and ready for every guest
• Follow all responsible-service, safety, and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

• A confident, outgoing personality and a genuine love of hospitality
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of guests
• The ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Previous bartending or high-volume hospitality experience preferred
• Availability for evenings, weekends, game days, and special events
• The ability to meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol in Connecticut
