Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours or special events such as banquets or nightclubs
• Uphold all food handling and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or food service within fine dining or full service
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and bill splitting
• Experience working in catering or banquet settings is advantageous

Pay: $16.90 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 35.0 per week
