Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Prepare and serve coffee to Barista standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
• Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Uphold food safety standards and maintain hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Trained Barista.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• A friendly and approachable attitude, demonstrating outstanding hospitality towards guests.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
