Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as clover POS.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and balancing registers at the end of each shift.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or special functions by serving drinks promptly and professionally.
• Follow all food safety protocols and alcohol service regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as clover POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that encourages guest loyalty.
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable, along with banquet experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.

Pay: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
