Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry, along with your ability to manage time effectively, will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is preferred - but willing to train.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Experience with brewing techniques is a plus; familiarity with various cocktail recipes is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
