Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote menu items.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages.
• Previous nightclub or fine dining experience is a plus; experience in bar management is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math proficiency for inventory management.

Pay: $7.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
