Bartender

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our vibrant team at El Kabron Bali in Pecatu, Bali. As a full-time Bartender, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional hospitality and creating unique beverage experiences for our discerning guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests

2. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to make recommendations to customers

3. Ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times

4. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

5. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment

6. Assisting with inventory management and stock ordering as required

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment

2. Extensive knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bartending techniques

3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests

4. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to work efficiently in a dynamic environment

5. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken
