Job Summary
As our Bartender, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to hotel guests and restaurant patrons. You'll interact with customers, take orders, make recommendations, and ensure every drink meets our quality standards. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help make the bar a highlight of each guest's stay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests
• Engage with customers, take drink and snack orders, and serve promptly
• Assess guest preferences and offer personalized recommendations
• Mix ingredients to craft classic and signature cocktails
• Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area
• Verify identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts
• Stay guest-focused and resolve any concerns with professionalism
• Follow all food and beverage safety regulations and hotel policies

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or food/beverage experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed appearance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
