Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently using ToastPOS system, ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs to management proactively.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or nightlife venues such as nightclubs or banquet settings.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits.
• Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods smoothly.
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or restaurant work is highly desirable.
