- Mix classic and specialty cocktails, pour beer or wine, and serve sake or shochu at correct serving temperatures.
- Greet patrons, explain Japanese beverage selections, and suggest ideal drink and food pairings in coordination with the kitchen and floor staff.
- Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, wash glassware, and maintain health and hygiene standards.
- Track stock levels for specialty ingredients, spirits, and garnishes, submitting restock orders as needed.
- Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
