Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.
• Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
• Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beers, wines, mixers, and garnishes; assist with stock replenishment as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage presentation.
• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on bartending or bar management roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
• Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge to ensure compliance with health standards.

Pay: $2.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
