Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to guests.
• Take beverage orders accurately and process transactions properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter, and service areas.
• Monitor and replenish bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and other necessary items.
• Check the quality and presentation of beverages before serving.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages and bar equipment.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and company policies.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and minimize wastage and breakage.
• Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
