Bartender

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification to ensure legal drinking age - Upsell drink orders and promote specials or featured items - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes - Knowledge of food handling safety procedures - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere - Flexibility to work in various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong knowledge of mixology, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
