Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
• Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle tabs efficiently
• Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support special events or promotions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality roles within a restaurant or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
