Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings that enhance their experience.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently to process cash and card transactions accurately while managing tabs and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, process payments swiftly, and balance registers at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service during busy hours in a fast-paced environment like nightclubs or fine dining settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending within the hospitality industry, including fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and beverage presentation.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality or safety standards.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures in food service settings.
