Overview

Siete Azul is a Mexican seafood restaurant coming early fall to Logan Square. We are looking to build a team of motivated individuals who want to help bring the upscale authentic recipes and hospitality of the Mexican coast to Chicago. As part of the opening staff, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on the route this project will take.

Responsibilities

• Maintain atmosphere and cleanliness of the bar.
• Greet all guests in a courteous manner.
• Ability to recognize an intoxicated guest, refuse to overserve guests and seek out management with any concerns about a guest that appears intoxicated.
• Cutting and sorting of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables as needed.
• Effectively service bar, high top tables, and dining room orders.
• Stock areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Manually wash and sanitize glassware.

Pay: $17.30 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
