Bartender

We’re on the hunt for a bartender who can pour drinks, crack jokes, and keep the good vibes flowing harder than our drill press on a Saturday night. If you can sling a cocktail while recommending the perfect craft project, you might just be our people.

Compensation: Hourly + tip pool + endless sawdust in your shoes (free of charge).

Responsibilities (a.k.a. your “Crafts & Drafts” duties)

• Mix up cocktails, mocktails, and greet guest
• Chat with guests, take orders, and deliver drinks (and maybe some unsolicited life advice)
• Check IDs—because we’re fun, not reckless.
• Restock, replenish, and rescue the bar from sticky finger disasters.
• Follow food & beverage regulations and cleanliness guidelines.

Skills (or, “Stuff You Should Probably Be Good At”)

• Prior bartending experience
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, garnishes, mixology. Bonus points if you're a bourbon fan- we have tons!
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong communication skills—your voice should carry over both power tools and Britney Spears throwback nights.
• A positive attitude. No party poopers allowed.

Things we do not tolerate within our work culture:

• Bad attitudes, excessive complaining
• Gossip culture
• Theft, tardiness, or toxic people

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $8.50 per hour
