Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions.
• Uphold all food safety standards and maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in fine dining, casual dining, or hospitality industry settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
• Experience serving in high-volume environments with excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, craft beer styles, brewing processes, and food handling procedures.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations are essential.
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
