Bartender

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team at the barak. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and providing exceptional service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation:

Craft and serve a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including Mocktails, Milkshakes, and soft drinks.

Customer Service:

Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.

-Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and maintain the bar’s inventory.

Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required; training will be provided.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
