Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
• Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and cash handling.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking usage.
• Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets and catering events to provide seamless service.
• Stay updated on beverage trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
