Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations
• Assist with food service when needed, supporting the overall restaurant operations
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills during busy hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food service is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Food industry experience, including bartending or restaurant work, is a plus but not mandatory
