Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming environment.
• Manage Toast POS systems for processing of orders and cash transactions.
• Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and meet guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods.

Requirements

• Bartender License
• Food Handler Certification
• Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and energetically.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of food handling procedures are preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
