Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions, process payments, and handle tabs responsibly
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
• Restock bar supplies regularly to keep the station well-equipped for service
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service flow during busy periods

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with experience in bartending or serving in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing drinks and garnishing beverages
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service times
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse guests
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
