Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks that enhance their experience
• Operate POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting
• Handle cash handling duties responsibly while processing payments swiftly and accurately
• Collaborate with restaurant staff during service to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery in fine dining or banquet settings
• Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Experience

• Proven experience as a FULL SERVICE bartender with craft cocktail experience.
• DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE.
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe creation is mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS systems efficient transaction processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service
• Prior experience in bar management or supervising bar staff is a plus but not required
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
