Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues promptly.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth operation during busy hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events such as banquets or catering functions.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods.

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
